Edu4Talent Initiative’s highest decision-making level is Dzikwa Trust Fund for now. It started under the existing management and operational resources of Dzikwa Trust. This has provided cost efficiency in the program administration and also allowed Edu4Talent to tap a staff talent pool, which especially in the start-up would have been otherwise impossible.

The project organization in 2020/2021 and going forward is small: Natasha Rimura (MA International Affairs) is the Project Coordinator, Vaidah Kwayidza (MA Development studies) Special Research activities officer. Brainstorming and supervision has been provided by Finnish Sponsors Jyrki Koskelo and Ritva Laukkanen, as well as Dzikwa Trust Founder Trustee Seppo Ainamo and Program Director Oili Wuolle.
