Dzikwa Trust Fund’s highest decision-making body is the Board of Trustees, currently four and maximum six Trustees.

Founder Trustee Seppo Ainamo works as a volunteer in financial accounting and management, stakeholder reporting, fundraising and networking, and supervising Dzikwa Trust Reforestation & Food Security activities

Oili Wuolle works as a volunteer Program Director for Dzikwa Trust, coordinating and supervising all areas in education and wellbeing support program implementation, institutional and HR development, stakeholder reporting, and networking for program sustainability. She acts as Secretary for Dzikwa Trust Fund Board and is also Secretary General for Children of Zimbabwe Society.

Friends of Dzikwa Society has its own Executive Committee directing the work,with Stephen Gwasira as Chairman and Priscilla Takwira as Executive Secretary.
Dzikwa Trust has MOUs with Friends of Dzikwa Society and with the Finnish Children of Zimbabwe Society.
